Ghanaian musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, well known as Shatta Wale, is furious about criticisms from his country folks.
Many Ghanaian music fans chastised musicians in the country after Burna Boy and Wizkid won at 2021 Grammy Awards, a feat that no Ghanaian musician has had in this year’s edition.
Reacting to this in a post sighted by Newshuntermag.com, Shatta Wale said the insults should cease.
He urged these critics to relocate to Nigeria if they think Ghanaian musicians do not sing well.
Shatta Wale wrote on Twitter: “Enough is enough of Ghanaians insulting Ghana artistes ..if you feel we don’t sing well go and stay in Nigeria so they can sing for you .. at least that will buy you a dream house kwasiaaaaafuorrrr… especially entertainment programs.”
