A fetish priestess has been arrested by the police following the report about a 10-year-old boy killed at Kasoa.
Her arrest was in connection with the gruesome murder of young Ishmael for an alleged money ritual.
A report sighted by Newshuntermag.com said she was arrested at Amanase near Suhum in the Eastern Region by a team of police officers.
The fetish priestess will assist with investigations into the alleged ritual murder.
The Central Regional Police Public Relations Officer, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ms Irene Oppong told Graphic Online that a case docket has been handed over to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) headquarters of the Ghana Police Service.
This comes after the suspects Felix Nyarko, aka Yaw Anane, 16, a mason labourer, and Nicholas Kini Kwame, 18, a student were remanded by the Ofaakor District Magistrate Court on Tuesday.
