The Programs Manager of Sunyani-based Service Radio, Bismark Oppong Korang, has hinted at its comeback.
Service Radio, a newly-opened radio station in the capital of the Bono Region, Sunyani has been off for some months now.
Unpleasant news hit the company after thunder struck its mast.
While little information was known about when the station owned by Hon. Ignatius Baffour Awuah, the Member of Parliament for Sunyani West Constituency would begin operations again, Newshuntermag.com has learnt the comeback of the station will be soon.
“Anticipate!! The wait is almost over! Your favorite dial will be on air soon! Thank you for your prayers and patience!!” Bismark wrote on Facebook.
A flyer bearing his image also had an inscription thanking people for their patience.
Service Radio was gaining prominence in the region before the sad incident happened.
Let’s hope for the best from them as they prepare for a comeback. I wish them well!
