Ghanaian musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale, has vindicated Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo.
A few weeks ago, renowned entertainment pundit, Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo described Shatta Wale as someone confused and inconsistent.
His statement was on the heels of Shatta Wale’s State of the Industry Address.
This generated a lot of debate in the country—and a heated argument ensued between Shatta and Arnold when they met to have a discussion on UTV’s United Showbiz program hosted by Nana Ama McBrown.
Interestingly, Shatta Wale vindicated Arnold with a post on social media.
The Shatta Movement boss in the post-Newshuntermag.com came across called on the youth to rise and fight for the country.
He wrote: “As for Ghana dierr the problem is us the youth ..we can’t stand up and fight for our right ..Nonesense ..Everyday typing online …Massa that no go solve anything ooo ,Rise and fight and stop writing this nonesense Essays !! Mek I tink.”
A few hours after his post, he came back to advise the youth not to fight someone’s fight and go to prison.
“Let us not dissapoint our parents ,bfs and gfs just to go and fight someone’s fight and go to prison.. We don’t want war in Ghana ..The hashtag shd be #Youcandobetter not #Fixthecountry…Cuz if they start fixing from Paga same people go complain .. The bitterness in your heart won’t get you anywhere ,it will distract your good things in life…I FIXED MYSELF INTO THE MUSIC INDUSTRY BY BUYING A SOUND CARD AND A LAPTOP TO PLAY KONKO BEAT AND MY KONKO BEAT GAVE ME THE PLATFORM I HAVE TODAY ..WHAT KONKO TING HAVE YOU DONE !! Or your eye open too much abi .. THINK !!”
Again, Shatta Wale, who has been complaining about hardship and poor systems in Ghana, turned around to insult people who share the same sentiments with him.
In another post, he tagged the #FixTheCountry campaigners as educated fools and disappointed graduates.
The ‘Dem Confuse’ composer wrote: “Educated fools and [disappointed] graduates saying #Fixthecountry…Fix yourself cheap thinkers🩸”
Is he not confused and inconsistent as Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo said?
