Don’t Let Politicians Deceive You With Tokens And Food Packs For You To Fight For Them – Naf Kassi Advises Zongo Youth

Rising highlife artiste, Nafisatu Kassim, well known as Naf Kassi, has advised Zongo Youth to be responsible and reject any offer from politicians enticing them to engage in any violence activities during and after the December 7 general elections.

Naf Kassi, who is based in the Western Region of Ghana, bemoaned over how some politicians deceive Zongo youth with a small amount of money and food packs to fight for them.

She stated that they should not allow themselves to be used by these politicians for their gains.

“Zongo youth cannot continue to be the ones who are used for violent purposes. I want to make this appeal to my people: do not allow yourselves to be used by irresponsible politicians to engage in acts of destabilisation and violence.

“They deceive you with tokens and food packs for you to fight for them to win power, only to avoid you when they achieve their aim. This time around let’s take that tag of “bad name” for the Zongos away and shame these selfish power-seekers,” Naf Kassi said in an interview with Roy Dennison live on Best 90.5 FM.
