Apostle Solomon Oduro has filed a lawsuit against a Radio presenter, Nana Yaw Sarfoh for defamation.
He is asking for One Million Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (1,500,000) from him.
A letter from The High Court of Justice was served to Nana Yaw Sarfoh on December 14 asking him to retract and apologise to damages for a reckless publication of a said video.
Nana Yaw Sarfoh was a presenter of Vision 1 known for his Ghana Beye Yie show before moving to Kingdom FM.
