Enterprising Ghanaian singer, Abigail Iyizam, otherwise known as Abbi Ima, had a humble plea to make in her recent interview.

During an interview with Ola Michael on Neat FM, Abbi Ima pleaded with Ola Michael and his colleagues to support musicians from the Bono, Bono East and Ahafo Regions.

She humbly asked the host of Neat FM’s ‘Entertainment Ghana’ program and other presenters/disc jockeys to add songs composed by B.A musicians to their playlists.

In the video available to Newshuntermag.com, Abbi Ima pointed out that some of the presenters in Accra stops playing songs from B.A musicians after they have finished interviewing them.

Meanwhile, she believes constant airplay will go a long way to help these musicians.

The ‘Give Me Love’ singer made this plea after Ola Michael asked what is blocking the songs from B.A musicians to penetrate the airwaves of the capital city of Ghana.

This was after the host has acknowledged how talented Abbi Ima is.

Ola Michael also advised musicians in these regions to make their songs available to promoters or presenters in Accra.
