Chairman Wontumi has dragged Nana Ama McBrown, Fadda Dickson, Kwame A-Plus, Afia Schwarzenegger and Mr Logic to court.
Chairman Wontumi, known in private life as Bernard Antwi Boasiako, filled an application for contempt against them on Thursday, July 14, 2022.
He took this decision after his issue with Afia Schwarzenegger was discussed on UTV’s United Showbiz program on Saturday, July 9, 2022.
The host, Nana Ama McBrown, management and the panel members were chastised after the program.
Chairman Wontumi’s suit comes after the Management of Despite Media apologized to him.
In a statement Newshuntermag.com published earlier—which was signed by the Managing Director, Fadda Dickson, they stated that the station and management did not intend to bring the hard-earned reputation of Chairman Wontumi into disrepute.
