Reports about the death of ‘Leave It to Beaver’ Star, Tony Dow, went viral on Tuesday, July 26, 2022.
A few hours after the multiple reports, it emerged that he is still alive.
The 77-year-old actor is currently in Hospice Care.
Dow had reportedly been battling a re-occurrence with cancer. He was diagnosed with cancer back in May.
His wife, Lauren, according to CBS Sunday Morning, said he is near death but he is still alive and breathing.
A statement about his demise was posted on his verified Facebook account, but it has since been deleted.
Tony Dow was featured in My Three Sons, The Greatest Show on Earth, Never Too Young, Dr. Kildare and Mr. Novak.
