Stonebwoy Says He Is On His Own Level And Not Competing With Anybody

Ghanaian reggae/dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy has thrown a challenge to himself not to compete with anybody.

The ‘Bhim Nation’ leader believes he is competing with himself and not anybody.

After a successful event dubbed ‘Ashaiman To The World’ concert last weekend, Stonebwoy told the media that, “I am not in competition with anybody and even if I was, you can see the difference. You all came and saw(the huge crowd that showed up.”

Comparing his event to that of Shatta Wale’s ‘The Reign’ concert, he said: “What you saw at the Fantasy Dome was a free concert.

“People came in buses and it was free not a sold out event. This is also a free event and you can see the crowd that we commanded.”

Explaining further, Stonebwoy said “This is my hood. 50,000 plus showed up. I am not in this to compete. If it were to be a competition, I wouldn’t even get here.

“If anybody tries to compete with me, I think they are the ones to be feeling the pepper because my thing is natural and God bless” the Bawasaaba crooner added.

The ‘Ashaiman to the World’ concert which attracted thousands of music enthusiasts and fans had performances from Stonebwoy, Samini, Sarkodie, Episode, Kofi Kinata, Article Wan, Obibinii Nautica, D Cryme, Liwin, Donzy, Okomfo Kwadee, KelvinBwoy, Edem, D-Black, Guru, Teephlow, Kwaw Kese and many more.
