The date for the burial and funeral of Nana Kwame Ampadu has finally been announced.
The popular Ghanaian highlife musician, died on Tuesday, 28 September 2021.
Finally, his family has announced when he will be laid to rest.
Nana will be buried on Saturday, 8 October 2022, at Obo Kwahu in the Eastern Region.
A three-day funeral will be held in his honour, beginning with a vigil night on Thursday, 6 October 2022, at the Forecourt of the State House.
The Highlife legend will also be laid in state on Friday, 7 October 2022, at the Forecourt of the State House.
After his burial, the final funeral rites will take place at Obo Kwahu.
Nana Ampadu passed on at the age of 76.
