Popular Haitian musician, Michael Benjamin, otherwise known as Mikaben, has passed on.
Mikaben died after he collapsed on stage during a concert in Paris, France.
He was performing at the 20,000-seat Accor Arena when the sad incident occurred.
Fans were shocked when Mikaben collapsed while he was exiting the stage.
The sad news was confirmed by Accor Arena in a tweet in French which explained that Mikaben “died after suffering a malaise on stage, despite the efforts of emergency services.”
Videos of the sad moment have been shared online.
The deceased’s wife, Vanessa, who is pregnant with their third child, has appreciated the prayers and message of condolences. She, therefore, asked for privacy while she grieves her loss.
