Ghanaian musician, Eugene Marfo, well known as Kuami Eugene, has made a clarification about his recent cryptic tweet.
A few weeks ago, the young musician confused his followers and music enthusiasts.
In a cryptic tweet, he said he had to leave despite trying to stay.
This tweet heightened the claims that he was leaving Lynx Entertainment.
“I try saa say I go stay, buh chaley I for leff. Suro nipa…” he wrote on October 17, 2022.
While no answers were given at that time, he announced Empire as his new family in a different tweet later.
His Empire deal, however, was clarified by Lynx Entertainment in a statement on November 3, 2022.
Following this, Kuami Eugene has disclosed on 3Music TV/FM’s ‘Culture Daily’ program that the cryptic tweet was for his ex.
He said the tweet was deleted because people misinterpreted it.
The ‘Confusion’ composer recalled receiving a lot of phone calls from people and his family members, inquiring if he had truly parted ways with Lynx.
