Ghanaian musician, Stonebwoy, has gone bonkers over the Black Stars squad for the World Cup 2022.
On Monday, November 14, 2022, Coach Otto Addo unveiled a 26-man squad for the Qatar World Cup 2022.
The final squad had some notable faces.
Richard Ofori, Jojo Wollacott, and Baba Iddrisu were not called because of injuries.
Mubarak Wakaso, Jeffery Schlupp and others also missed out.
While a lot of Ghanaians have commented on the squad, the popular musician has added his voice.
Taking to his Twitter page, Stonebwoy seemed unhappy about the squad.
He claimed some players were not called because of the ‘Pay to Play’ scheme by the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
Stonebwoy questioned why GFA is practising that.
The ‘Tomorrow’ composer tweeted: “There are players who are supposed to be in the squad who are not here because of #PayToPlay @ghanafaofficial why?”
