Ghanaian actor, Prince David Osei, has revealed why he will no longer organize a demonstration against the government.
Prince, who campaigned for the NPP and President Akufo-Addo in the past election, subjected them to criticism recently.
He bemoaned hardship and the cost of living in the country.
The well-known actor threatened to mobilize the youth for demonstration if improvements were not recorded by December 2022.
But in a new tweet seen by Newshuntermag.com, he declared that the demonstration won’t come on.
According to him, the Ghanaian economy is gradually getting back on track because the cedi is appreciating.
Prince David Osei wrote on Twitter: “Hallelujah the Cedi is appreciating remarkably. 9.56ghc to a 1$.. No more demonstrations 😀😀 remember I gave an ultimatum for December!! The economy is gradually getting back on track!! Now we need to see the effect in our daily lives, goods and services.. God bless 🇬🇭❤️.”
