Ghanaian music enthusiast, Ayisha Modi, is battling with Diamond Appiah in court over a failed East Legon deal.
Diamond Appiah, a musician and businesswoman, was arraigned before an Accra Circuit Court after Ayisha sued her.
Ayisha Modi sued Diamond over her alleged failure to secure land for her at East Legon in Accra.
This was after she reportedly took $30,000 from the plaintiff.
She pleaded not guilty to a count of fraudulent transaction in a land deal, according to a Graphic Showbiz report sighted by Newshuntermag.com.
Diamond was granted bail in the sum of GH¢300,000 with two sureties when she appeared before the court presided over by Evelyn Asamoah on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.
The case has therefore been adjourned to February 8, 2023.
