Popular Ghanaian rapper, Michael Owusu Addo, also known as Sarkodie, has talked about the government’s readiness to launch Ghana Airlines.
It is reported that the government will partner with the private sector to launch an international carrier, Ghana Airlines.
This comes after Ghana Airways collapsed some years ago.
The government, according to a report, will launch the new international carrier in the third quarter of 2023.
In a post seen by Newshuntermag.com, Sarkodie stated that he loves the idea, as a proud Ghana.
He added that the maintenance culture of Ghanaians needs to be tackled first.
The renowned rapper tweeted: “As a proud Ghana I love it but we need to tackle our maintenance culture first.”
