Ghanaian rapper, Moses Osei Sarfo, known widely as Cafi Doma, has reminisced about his music career.
He opened up on the challenges he faced at the beginning of his career when speaking with Kofi Oppong Kyekyeku on Unlimited Chat With K.O.K aired on Top City TV.
The ‘Back To Sender’ composer recalled some of his friends passed distasteful comments about his music.
Cafi said their utterances pushed him to work harder and position himself well.
The rapper, who was born into a strong Christian home, also divulged how his parents received the news of him being a secular musician.
Despite his father’s position as a pastor, Cafi Doma said he was giving the needed support when he started his career as a secular rapper.
He indicated that his parents have been very supportive of whatever he does—starting from his days as a footballer with Berekum Arsenal.
Cafi Doma further disclosed the support that others are offering to him because of his music.
