Enterprising Ghanaian rapper, Kwaku Hydro, known in private life as Evans Pobi, has mentioned Sarkodie as a mentor.
Before he started his music journey actively, he disclosed that he was taking inspiration from the famous Ghanaian rapper.
He made this disclosure when speaking with Kofi Oppong Kyekyeku on Unlimited Chat With K.O.K aired on Top City TV.
Hydro recounted doing freestyles of Sarkodie’s songs.
After positive ratings from his freestyles, the budding rapper said he started his career in music.
Kwaku Hydro opened up on the influence Sarkodie had on him before he started composing his own songs.
