Nicki Minaj’s bootylicious video for Anaconda has set a new Vevo record.

It seems everyone just really likes looking at butts.

The Anaconda video has fetched 19.6 million views in its first 24
hours on music video-hosting site Vevo, earning the record for Vevo’s
most-watched video premiere.

Miley Cyrus’ risque video for Wrecking Ball held the record since
September last year, with 19.3 million views on its first day online.

Digital Spy reports that Minaj has held the most-watched-in-24-hours
record previously for Stupid Hoe (4.8 million views) and Justin Bieber
track Beauty and a Beat (10.6 million).

If you haven’t seen the video for Anaconda, it’s worth watching for the lapdance she gives a bewildered Drake at the end.

To be honest, if Nicki danced on us like that, we wouldn’t know what to do either…

Anaconda is the first single from the rapper’s upcoming LP The Pink Print.
