Five persons are feared dead in an accident that occurred on the
Tema-Motorway on Thursday, December 25 – Christmas Day.
According to reports, the accident, which involved a red Hyundai mini
bus, occurred at the Adjei-Kojo section of the road.
The vehicle is believed to have been travelling to Aflao in the Volta Region.
An eye witness said the tyre of the Hyundai vehicle burst which
eventually led to the accident.
The car was reported to have turned and landed on its side by the road side.
Some survivors of the accident, according to reports are currently
receiving treatment at the Tema General Hospital.
