Kim Kardashian reveals she’s pregnant with second child in teaser for Keeping Up with the Kardashians

The mid-season finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians ended with a
surprise: Kim Kardashian revealed she's pregnant with a second child.
"I just got the blood test back,"Kim Kardashian told sister Khloe
Kardashian in the teaser. "I'm pregnant."
Kardashian,who spent the Sunday night tweeting about theKeeping Up
with the Kardashians episode, did not make reference to the pregnancy
on her Twitter account.
But both she and husband Kanye West have previously discussed a desire
to add a second child to their family. (North West was born in June of
2013.)
"It's been more challenging to get pregnant the second time around.
When you're not planning it, it happens. It's just how God works. And
when you want it so bad, it's not happening,"Kardashian said to the
Daily Mailin January.
That same month, West told Ellen DeGeneres that the couple was trying
for baby number two. "I just want whatever Kim wants,"West said.
