Veteran Highlife Musician, CST Amankwah has advised Ghanaian celebrities not to use alcohol and drugs to enhance their performance.
The ‘Onyame Asem’ singer speaking with Abof-K on Moonlite Fm said alcohol and drugs intake will ruin careers of people who engage themselves in such substance.
He believes the only thing that will help them in their respective fields is hard work.
“Using drugs and alcohol will have negative effect on your career and health. It is not true that such things will help you to achieve your goals. It will rather weaken you and reduce your life span,” he stated.
CST Amankwah also advised against parties going into contractual terms without putting it on paper.
“Most of the up and coming musicians today rush when there is contract on the table. You have to sign an agreement before you go in for any contract. You will be safe if you have everything on paper. Just don’t jump in because someone has said he/she is ready to help.”
