Award-winning Ghanaian hip-life artist, Nana Kwaku Okyere
Duah popularly known as Tic Tac, has lamented how Ghanaians do not support what
others do.

The ‘Kangaroo’ hitmaker speaking with Melvina Frimpong Manso
on Suncity 97.1 FM in Sunyani said it will take the intervention of God for
Ghanaians to support what they have.

“Ghanaians do not support their own…but I will keep
preaching till changes take effect. It will take Jehovah’s intervention and
also respect. When you have respect for people then obviously you will respect
what they are doing and support it. When you respect people you will value what
they are doing and cherish it,” he asserted on Showbiz 971.
Tic Tac, who believes God has given him the energy to embark
on his projects said he approaches his songs as a new artist—and he do what a
new artist have to do despite being in the music scene for a long time.
“Enjoy ‘Mama Grace’ and its singles…and collectively get the
album and celebrate it because it is for Ghanaians and the world,” he called on
Ghanaians.
When asked why he featured Nero X on his ‘Pray’ song, Tic
Tac said: “Ghanaians have not seen Nero X yet. There are more to come from him.
His ‘Yawa’ song is phenomenon and it can match any song in the world,” he
added.
He revealed that songs will be a hit if people appreciate; value
and talk about it.
“People do not know Tic Tac. They think they know me but
they do not know me. If they know me, they will know that I am the type who
appreciates good things. I am not an envious person and I have decided to let
Ghanaians know the other side of me,” Tic Tac concluded.
