The last batch of patients transferred from the Kwatire Polyclinic to the Sunyani Municipal Hospital, during the free medical care, was cleared on Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018.
According to the Medical Superintendent and Surgical Specialist of the Sunyani Municipal Hospital, Dr. Robert Arko, his Team was able to clear all 17 cases on Monday 2nd and Tuesday, 3rd April 2018.
Speaking to Suncity Radio on Tuesday morning, Dr. Arko indicated that a new batch of 34 cases had been transferred from Kwatire to his outfit and they would be given attention through the hospital’s routine surgical schedule on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The Medical Superintendent said he shared in the vision of the organizers and sponsors of the programme and would do everything in his power, to attend to all cases involved in the free medical outreach programme.
“We shall continue to work till the last beneficiary is satisfied,” he assured.
