Controversial Ghanaian marriage counselor, Cyril George Carstensen Lutterodt has made a shocking statement about rape victims.
In a discussion www.newshuntermag.com monitored on Adom TV, Counselor Lutterodt shockingly stated that every rape victim enjoys the act.
He argued they may not be ready for it in the beginning but they later concern in it during the act.
After he was challenged by a co-guest on the show, Counselor Lutterodt said he has been with rape victims and he knows what he was talking about.
He added that his argument was based on research from individuals or people who have been victims of rape.
When he was asked why rapists are then sent to court and punished, Lutterodt answered it is because there is an existing law which frowns on nonconsensual sex.
He stressed that some rape victims still have sexual relations with people who raped them.
