Well-versed radio presenter, Shatar Rashid, otherwise known as Mr Tarr, has joined Service Radio, the new radio station in Sunyani.
Mr Tarr confirmed his next move to www.newshuntermag.com in a phone conversation.
He will be hosting Service Radio’s Drive Time Show.
The News Hunter Magazine has learnt he will officially commence his show on Monday, September 21, 2020.
Our sources say the drive time program on Service Radio will be aired from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM on weekdays.
He will also be the head of events at Service Radio.
The popular radio presenter called on his fans to expect a new thing on their radio as he comes back to serve them better.
He assured that great surprises will be part of the package he has for them.
Mr Tarr also took to his Facebook page to announce his new deal.
“For Some Months Now I Have Had overmuch Of Calls And Messages From Friends And Family Inquiring My Next Destination In Radio.
“The Wait is Over. [I} Am Very Excited To Announce To You I Have Officially Joined Service Radio 104.9. A Very Big Thank You To Everybody For Your Support and Prayers. New Is Better Sometimes,” he wrote.
This comes after he resigned from Suncity Radio almost a year ago.
