Ghanaian filmmaker, Kofi Asamoah has disclosed the amount Salma Mumin had in her account before she made the false claims regarding MTN Mobile Money (MoMo).
Though Salma had apologized after her claims, more revelations about the incident are coming out.
As Newshuntermag.com reported earlier, the Ghanaian actress apologized to MTN Ghana after the company threatened to sue her for peddling falsehood.
This came after she posted on Instagram that about GHS 10,000 was stolen from her business account.
Following her apology in the early hours of Saturday, Kofi Asamoah, who is the manager of Salma Mumin has stated in an interview with Ola Michael on Peace FM’s ‘Entertainment Review’ program that the amount in question was GHS 7,000 and not GHS 10,000 as claimed by the former.
He explained that the actress had challenges when she wanted to do a transaction—so she thought the money was withdrawn.
Kofi Asamoah said the challenge was later resolved through the help of MTN.
