The management of Service Radio in Sunyani has hinted at their plans to resume operations.
The newly radio station established by the Member of Parliament for Sunyani West Constituency, Hon. Ignatius Baffour Awuah sadly had its mast hit by a thunderstorm following a heavy downpour in Sunyani some months ago.
This halted the operations of the station which was becoming one of the people’s favourites in the Bono Region.
A statement copied to Newshuntermag.com and signed by the General Manageress of Service Radio, Melvina Frimpong Manso, indicated that operations will be commenced officially on Monday, June 7, 2021.
“We appreciate your continued prayers, patience and understanding over the period.
“It is with great joy that we announce to you that, Service Radio 104.9 MHz, Yere Som Mo, is back on the air and will resume,” part of the statement read.
