Burgeoning Ghanaian rapper, Moses Osei Sarfo, otherwise known as Cafi Doma, has opened up on the plans he has for DJs in the country.
The ‘Nobody’ composer told Newshuntermag.com’s Kofi Oppong Kyekyeku on Unlimited Chat With K.O.K that DJs are dear to his heart.
He acknowledged the important roles DJs play to support the craft of musicians.
In this vein, Cafi Doma declared that he will put some DJs on a payroll if he gets the financial muscle.
He did not see anything wrong for musicians to pay payola.
Cafi Doma emphasized that giving money to a DJ is a source of motivation.
He added that payola cannot take care of DJs, so it shouldn’t be labelled as a bad thing.
Cafi Doma further stated that showing appreciation, building a healthy relationship with DJs and Presenters is a good step.
