Ghanaian media personality, Sammy Forson was among the people who scolded Yaw Tog over his comment about Stormzy.

The young Ghanaian rapper was heavily criticized after he said in an interview with MzGee on TV3 that he made UK rapper, Stormzy popular in Ghana.

Though he admitted that Stormzy made him more popular in this market, Tog has not been spared.

Sammy Forson described his comment as loose talk.

Reacting to this in a post sighted by Newshuntermag.com, Sunyani-based entertainment critic, Michael Edwards Kwasi aka Papa Sunyani said he sees nothing wrong with what Yaw Tog said.

Michael, who is the CEO of Bra Dea Foundation, told Mr Forson that sometimes it will be better if he keeps mute on certain issues.

He wrote: “Hmmmm…Some of the gate keepers we have in our struggling Music Industry…Should know better. …Some of the comments they make only brings artist down.

“Dear sammy forson, Sir I have watched YAW TOG interview with MzGee GH on TV3 Ghana and the young champ never said anything wrong. …Chelsea Football Club had been there way before Micheal Essien joined but it cus of him that, Team became very popular in Ghana. ..And it’s a fact.

“Yes we all know Stormzy is huge out there…but his jumping on #SoreRemix has made him popular here in Ghana…Please….I know you mean no harm but Boss sometimes it’s better you keep mute on certain issues…Thank you.”
