Ghanaian musician, Livingstone Etse Satekla, popularly known as Stonebwoy, has been lamenting over the activities of GHAMRO lately.
He bitterly complained after he visited Ghana’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Papa Owusu-Ankomah a few days ago.
The High Commissioner was even shocked after Stonebwoy mentioned GHS 2, 000 as the highest amount he has received as royalties from the Ghana Music Rights Organization (GHAMRO).
Following this, Rex Omar and some officials of GHARMO are trying to defend themselves.
In a post seen by Newshuntermag.com, Stonebwoy told Rex Omar and the other people to stop throwing dust into the eyes of the people.
He questioned if they are happy about the state of GHAMRO.
Stonebwoy wrote on Twitter: “Rex Omar And @Ghamro_official please put away the defensive and attack mechanism against artistes stop throwing dust into the eyes of the people. we have had meetings to no avail.this royalty issue has been since you were a young artiste. are you happy about the state of affairs?”
