Veteran Ghanaian hiplife artiste, Joe Frazier, has revealed that he has repented.

Joe Frazier said he is now a new creator after he watched the Leader of Bohye Prayer and Revival Centre in Kumasi, Elder Bismark Amoah on ‘Nyame Asem’ aired on Bohye TV.

He disclosed that he has started writing a gospel song—which will be released soon.

“I have been doing hiplife for about 17years now. I have had an encounter with many pastors but some of the things we do as musicians do not entice us to worship the Almighty God. Two (2) months ago, I was watching TV and something prompted me to watch Bohye TV.

“When I tuned in, I had the feeling to watch more. I heard a voice that whether I like it or not, I will die…and after that It is either I will go to heaven or hell…so I decided to repent. Your message touched me and I started writing a gospel song. Henceforth, I will do only gospel songs, no more hiplife,” he told Elder Bismark Amoah in an audio available to the News Hunter Magazine.

In February this year, Joe Frazier released a new song titled ‘Me Kote Asore’ – but the song failed to make any significant impact.

He is known for songs like ‘Shee Shee’, ‘Yaa Maame’, ‘Adofo Yeshiasia’, ‘Atanfo’ and many others.

Wherever you are, shout Hallelujah—and let’s welcome Joe Frazier to Christendom!
