Ghanaian musician, Patapaa, is unhappy about the comparison made between Black Sherif’s ‘Kwaku The Traveller’ song and ‘One Corner’.
He did not see the need for such comparisons to be made when speaking on Adom TV’s ‘Badwam’ show that Newshuntermag.com has come across.
Patapaa asserted that it is a mismatch for people to compare Kwaku The Traveller to One Corner.
He explained that the height he attained with One Corner was unprecedented—and Kwaku The Traveller is not at the same level.
Patapaa stated that he would have agreed if they compare ‘Second Sermon’ to One Corner.
According to him, no one is playing the Kwaku The Traveller song after it was hyped some months ago.
Patapaa indicated that comparisons have a bad influence on young artistes.
He, therefore, called on Ghanaians to support artistes with potential and stop the needless comparisons.
