Sarkodie Bemoans Fuel Prices In Ghana; Reveals Spending GHS 2, 000 To Buy Fuel Every 3 Days For His Car

Ghanaian musician, Michael Owusu Addo, popularly known as Sarkodie, has bemoaned fuel prices in the country.
He revealed in an interview with George Quaye on Joy FM’s Showbiz A to Z program that he spends a lot on fuel.
The Sarkcess Music boss indicated that he buys fuel worth GHS 2, 000 for his car every three (3) days.
His revelation was made when talking about the economic hardship in the country currently.
“I wouldn’t be able to have my hands on everything because at least thank God, we have moved from a certain stage where our problems may not necessarily be like the regular person on the street.”
“if myself I can have a level of hardship in certain things, it’s not hardship (per se) but it was a big shock, fuel prices is crazy. To fill my car now, I am hitting towards 2,000 cedis, which is serious.
“You need about 2,000 cedis to be able to run around three days,” Sarkodie bemoaned.
In recent times, many Ghanaians have been lamenting hardship and the high cost of living in Ghana.
