Ghanaian Gospel musician, Edward Akwasi Boateng, has apologized after making wild allegations against his colleagues.
He exposed some veteran Gospel musicians in a recent interview.
Speaking in an interview with Kwaku Manu, the ‘Adea Mepe’ singer mentioned names of some Ghanaian Gospel musicians who were drinking alcohol.
According to him, these Gospel musicians drink alcohol before they perform at events.
He mentioned Professor Kofi Abraham and Yaw Sarpong as these Gospel musicians.
When called on Peace FM’s Entertainment Review program on Thursday, Akwasi Boateng apologized.
He told the host, Akwasi Aboagye that he did not think about his statement well.
Edward Akwasi Boateng admitted that his statement was needless.
Despite his apology, furious Professor Kofi Abraham has threatened to sue him.
