Ghanaian socialite, Afia Schwarzenegger, has dragged Lawyer Maurice Ampaw to court.
Known in private life as Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa, the vocal comedienne is demanding GHS 1000,000 in damages for defamation in slander.
In a writ of summons Newshuntermag.com has seen, Afia is seeking an order of perpetual injunction to restrain the defendant from in any way telling, saying or discussing anything about her on any communication channel, whether print, radio, electronic or social media.
She also wants the defendant to pay costs, including legal fees.
There has been a banter between Afia Schwarzenegger and Lawyer Maurice Ampaw following the lawsuit filed against her by Chairman Wontumi.
The Ghanaian politician and business first sued Schwarzenegger over her claims that they were in an amorous relationship.
