Why I Always Throw Money On My Fans When Performing – Ghanaian Rapper, Kwaku Hydro Reveals

Budding Ghanaian rapper, Evans Pobi, otherwise known as Kwaku Hydro, has revealed why he mostly throws money on his fans when performing.

Noted for his money-splashing behaviour, Hydro disclosed the reason behind his action during a conversation with Kofi Oppong Kyekyeku on Unlimited Chat With K.O.K aired on Top City TV.

The Bono Region-based rapper said it is a way to show appreciation to his fans.

He thinks the money that some of his fans will get from the event will help them to solve part of the challenges they are in.

The ‘Enjoy’ rapper recalled the money he got from an event in Prampram-Accra some years ago after Criss Waddle and Nhyiraba Kojo sprayed money on their audience.

He claimed to have walked a long distance to attend the event—but he got a lot of money to pay for transport and other things.

Kwaku Hydro stated that he always plans and gets a budget before the events for which he dashes money to his fans are held.

The enterprising rapper also talked about his music career in this interview.
