Ghanaian artiste, Sony Achiba, has given details about what compelled him to relocate to the United Kingdom.
Born Emmanuel John Bandick Dankwa, Achiba opened up about why he left Ghana in an interview with ZionFelix—which Newshuntermag.com come.
He disclosed that he had no option but to relocate following a wrong investment in Ghana.
In 2002-2003, Sony recounted taking money from some people to invest in a song and hoped that recoup and repay after promotion.
Unfortunately for him, things did not go as planned.
He claimed a comment made by Fiifi Banson on Peace FM when the song was aired spoiled his promotional plans.
The producers he also hoped to have on board expressed disinterest because of Fiifi Banson’s remark that the song was bad.
Looking at the debt he had to repay, the Ghanaian artiste revealed he travelled to the United Kingdom.
Sony Achiba said he took loans to pay the debt after working for some time in the UK.
