The decision of Ghanaian authorities to host the All Africa Games has been criticized by Beverly Afaglo.
She thinks it a misplaced priority for the country to spend $145 million dollars on hosting the event.
The Ghanaian actress in a social media post questioned if Ghana is rich to throw away money like that.
Beverly Afaglo asserted that health facilities, building classrooms and investing in stable electricity would have been a top priority.
She also questioned the benefit that Ghana will get from games like this since the representatives are always losing.
The 13th All Africa Games is currently underway in Accra, Ghana.
