The Wife of Mr Ransford Antwi, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Suncity Radio, Madam Safura Mohammed, has revealed that she supports her husband’s humanitarian initiatives because she shares in his dreams and aspirations.
“I have the heart to care and share, so does he, so I am moved and motivated to be part of all his humanitarian activities, thus, together, we form an inspired, motivated and formidable partnership, to give back to society,” she pointed out.
Madam Safura, fondly referred to as Saf, by her numerous admirers, made these revelations on Suncity Radio on the aftermath of the just ended medical outreach program sponsored by Suncity Radio and Suncity Imperial Lodge and held at the Kwatire Polyclinic and the Sunyani Municipal Hospital.
She said just like her husband, she was always ready to lend a hand when need be, and was happy that they were fulfilling both scriptures and the Quran.
Saf used the opportunity, to make a passionate appeal to well to do members of the Ghanaian society, especially those in the Brong Ahafo region, to identify any areas that they could assist in bettering the lives of individuals and society.
“The constant ‘thank you, and God bless you’, bids by beneficiaries add more to the well being and success of all who take delight in humanitarian services,” She testified.
About 150 people received medical care free of charge during the outreach for various ailments from seasoned medical officers jointly led by Prof. Stephen Tabiri, a Consultant Surgeon at the Tamale Teaching Hospital and Senior Lecturer at the University of Development Studies, Tamale and Dr Robert Arko, the Medical Superintendent and Surgical Specialist of the Sunyani Municipal Hospital.
All cost of logistics, drugs, accommodation and feeding of the Medical Team, were born through the benevolence of Mr Ransford Antwi.
