‘Bawasaaba’ hitmaker, Stonebwoy, has stated categorically that his Epistles of Mama (EOM) album is bigger than Shatta Wale’s ‘The Reign’ album.

He made this assertion in an interview with Prince Tsegah (Da Don) on ‘You Sey Weytin’ on Hitz FM after news broke that Shatta Wale’s latest album has landed at 6th spot Billboard’s ‘World Album’s Chart’.

“I put it to you blatantly; EOM is a bigger album than Reign. Full stop!” he exclaimed.

“I’ve been there, done that before he got there…So if somebody else does it, you can also look at the perspective of somebody [who] got inspired by the deeds of others,” Stonebwoy stressed.

He added: “That doesn’t mean I do not wish someone’s album to grow…Rather than trying to put somebody up against somebody.”

Stonebwoy featured a lot of artistes on his ‘Epistles of Mama’ album which was released in 2017. One of the International acts who he collaborated with–was Sean Paul.

Weeks after the ‘EOM’ album release, it appeared on number 13 of Billboard ‘World Albums Chart’.

Meanwhile, Shatta Wale’s ‘The Reign’ album which featured Nigeria’s Olamide appeared on the 6th spot after its release in October this year.
