Medikal Finally Receives Bail After Gun Brandishing Incident – Newshuntermag.com Report

Ghanaian rapper, Samuel Adu Frimpong, well known as Medikal, has been granted bail.

The popular rapper was arrested for unlawfully displaying a gun.

Medikal was remanded some days ago by an Accra Circuit Court.

Following this, the ‘Omo Ada’ rapper has received bail.

After reappearing before the court, yesterday, October 26, 2021, Medikal was slapped with GHC 100,000 with one surety—as his bail condition.

“No person shall, except in accordance with the terms of a permit granted under this Decree or with the written consent of the Inspector-General of Police, publicly display any arms or ammunition (including explosives) or discharge any firearm or other weapon in any public place,” according to Section 7 of the Arms and Ammunitions Act of the Ghanaian law.
