Ghanaian comedian, Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng, popularly known as Funny Face, has been ordered by the Kasoa Ofaakor Circuit Court to undergo psychiatric diagnosis.

He is also expected to appear before the court in two weeks.

Funny Face made a first appearance in court on Monday, February 15, 2021, after he was arrested by Millennium police command for unlawful discharge of a firearm.

His Lordship Ebenezer Osei Darko who presided over the case asked the police to send Funny Face back for a psychiatric check.

“During the trials by his Lordship Ebenezer Osei Darko answers from Funny face shows clearly that he isn’t stable in mind.

“He has therefore asked the police to send Funny Face back to psychiatrists to help check what is wrong with him and to reappear in two weeks,” a reporter at the court, Mireku Nyampong disclosed to Kofi Oppong Kyekyeku.

Before this pronouncement, Funny Face shared a video of him being taken to the court early in the morning and begged his fans to share it.
