Former Kotoko Winger Robert Eshun Dies In London

Robert Eshun, once a winger for Asante Kotoko and popularly known as Ebo Electric, has tragically passed away in London at the age of 49.
Reports indicate that he suffered a cardiac arrest early Monday morning while driving to work.
The former Ghana international kickstarted his football career at Asante Kotoko.
He made a move to Belgium in the early nineties, where he wore the jerseys of Turnhout, Tielen, and Lommel, subsequently making a stint in the Turkish Super Lig with Gaziantep, and later continuing his journey with Sarawak in Malaysia.
Robert Eshun is best remembered for his iconic goal in the final of the 1990 FA Cup.
