Ghanaian actor, Don Little, has been arrested after he reportedly knocked down a rider.
Multiple reports Newshuntermag.com came across say he knocked down the rider with his car in Kasoa, Central Region.
It happened when he was taking his friend who had suicidal thoughts to the hospital.
According to an eyewitness, his attempt to navigate through a group of motorbike riders on the road was not successful and he hit one of them.
A police officer, who was at the scene, also alleged that Little slapped him twice after the incident.
He has however denied the accusations.
“According to Don Little, his friend called him that one of their friends wanted to commit suicide, so he should intervene. On his way to the hospital with his friend, he was in a hurry.
“He got to a place where there were motor riders on the way, so he blew the horn for them to give him way, but it wasn’t successful,” an anonymous source disclosed.
Following this, the diminutive actor was taken to the Kasoa police station.
“I was taking someone to the hospital, and one of the motor riders was in the middle lane, and I clashed with him. How can you allow the person I was taking to the hospital to go and arrest me,” Don Little stated when he was being questioned by the police.
