Ghanaian actress, Lydia Forson, has lamented the failure of Ghanaian leaders.
She complained about the failure of Ghanaian leaders during an interview with Berla Mundi on TV3’s The Day Show.
Lydia said Ghanaians have also failed themselves in the process following the failure of these leaders.
“Leaders have failed us and we have failed ourselves in the process. Truly, if we were everything we preach, it would be a better place…it is our responsibility but it is also the leaders’ responsibility and we have all failed each other,” the outspoken actress stated.
She thinks there is more to be done to seek accountability from the leaders.
“Now we are doing well. We have come a long way…I see a lot of young people trying and it is not easy but then there are also people who say shut up, it is politics…We have a lot more to do. I am amazed at the young people in this country are just fantastic because they are trying,” Lydia Forson averred.
