Ghanaian actors Alexander Adu Kofi popularly known as "Agya Koo" and
Kwaku Manu have finally said goodbye to their long time 'beef' which
generated many cacophonies in the film industry in Kumasi some few
years back. The tension between the two started when allegedly Kwaku
Manu became the people's favorite in the film industry not only in
Kumasi but the country at large. This created enmity between the two
when award winning actor, Agya Koo decided not to feature in any movie
starring Kweku Menu. Though Agya Koo gave a different reason to the
fued. Kwaku Manu who was worried by Agya Koo's position was purported
to have said that, "I just don't understand why Agya Koo doesn't want
to shoot movies with me, because to the best of my knowledge, I have
not wronged him. I even call to check on him every week". Kumasi based
Hello FM can categorically say that the two, Agya Koo and Kwaku Manu
have agreed to end their squabbling. In an interview to confirm their
reunion, the two have agreed to shoot movies together. Meanwhile,
movie producers in Kumasi have expressed joy to have once again had
the two Kumawood stars to star in movies together.
