The President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has penned a congratulatory message for the Black Stars of Ghana.
Ghana qualified for the 2022 World Cup after holding Nigeria to a 1-1 drawn game in Abuja.
Thomas Partey’s tenth-minute goal helped Ghana to book a ticket for the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup—through the away goal rule.
It ended in a joyous moment for Ghanaians as Nigeria couldn’t double their goal after equalising from a penalty kick in the first half.

He added that he is very proud of the team’s exploits
