One person is feared dead after a clash between two rivals at a galamsey site in Bonsa, near Tarkwa, Western Region.
Others are reported to have been injured after the Wednesday clash.
The rival gangs, according to a report Newshuntermag.com has come across, have been attacking themselves on several occasions.
An eyewitness claimed the matter has been brewing for some time now after a leader of one of the gangs was put in charge of a community mining site by the Member of Parliament, George Mireku Duker.
In the latest clash, they exchange gunfire, while some of them tried stabbing their opponents.
Those who got injured during the bloody clash have been sent to the Tarkwa Municipal Hospital for treatment.
